Walter Dorwin Teague was an American industrial designer who is often considered one of the pioneers of industrial design and a key figure in shaping the field's development. While once regarded as a classicist and a traditionalist, today Walter Teague is recognized as a critical figure in the spread of mid-century modernism in America.

In 1926 Teague assembled an industrial design consultancy that would become best known for designing iconic items like the original Polaroid camera, the UPS truck, Texaco service stations, and the Pringles Chips container. In their work after 2000, standout projects include the Xbox and the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
